Q. I have registered but I'm not on the list?
Only entries that are paid online via credit card or PayPal are published automatically. All other entries are published manually. Usually on a daily basis, but sometimes it takes a little longer.

Q. I want to pay online but I don't have a PayPal account?
You do not need a Paypal account to pay online.
When you are on the payment page please click "Don't have a PayPal account?" and proceed with your credit card.
Q. I have paid, but I cannot attend the event. How can I get a refund?
All refunds are considered individually. If you have paid and cannot attend the event please contact iwaoffice@internationalwindsurfing.com.
Q. I cannot log-in to my account? Can I get a new password?
After registration you received an email from info@myliveregatta.com. (check your spam folder if you cannot find it)
The email contained registration data, an activation link and your temporary password.
First click on the activation link.
Then go to: http://registration.internationalwindsurfing.com/en/profile/login to log-in to your account.
If you have changed your password and do not remember it, you can retrieve it here - http://registration.internationalwindsurfing.com/en/profile/recovery
If you cannot find the email above, please contact piotr@internationalwindsurfing.com for a new password
Q. Where is the link to pay online?
You can find the link on the confirmation page after registration, in your confirmation email and after you log-in to the system.
Q. How can I get an invoice?
For an invoice please contact iwaoffice@internationalwindsurfing.com.
Q. I do not know my sailnumber, how can I complete registration?
Providing the correct sail number during registration is essential. If however for any reason you do not know what sail number you will have during the event, please insert your private number or any long random number whilst entering online. You will need to inform the regatta office of the final number before races start.
Q. I have paid, but the payment is not visible on the competitor list?
Only payments that are paid online via credit card or PayPal are published automatically. Bank transfers are confirmed manually after they are booked in our bank account. This can take at least a couple of days.
